I once heard that Choloate Milk is a "Poor Man's Protein Shake" and low and behold the word is out! Apparently really intensive sport athletes use this method frequently. After a really tough workout, you need carbs, protein, fat, electrolytes, and vitamins to help your body recover. Chocolate milk has all of the above, and its delicious. SCORE!
