South Korean rapper, singer-songwriter, and producer PENOMECO has officially released RNSSNC TAPE, his long-awaited 8-track EP, out now via EGO GROUP and Kakao Entertainment.
The project mixes hip-hop, R&B, Afro-fusion, and electronic sounds, marking a bold new chapter for PENOMECO after more than a year away from solo releases. From the hard-hitting title track “EGGE” with YDG to the emotionally charged “Leave Without You” featuring Moon Sujin, the EP highlights PENOMECO’s genre-shifting style and lyrical edge. Other standouts include “Dance With Me,” “My Chick” featuring Lil Cherry, and a euphoric APRO remix of fan-favorite “COCO BOTTLE.”

Recently, PENOMECO released “DUMB” with EXO’s D.O., a track that leans on live band arrangements and steady rhythmic drive. The collaboration combines D.O.’s expressive vocals with PENOMECO’s measured delivery, balancing clarity with texture. Its music video, styled with a high-teen aesthetic, matches the track’s direct and energetic sound.
With a decade of work spanning songwriting credits for IU, NCT, ITZY, and JESSI, as well as his role in the alt-hip-hop collective FANXY CHILD, PENOMECO continues to expand his influence across K-pop and K-hip-hop.
