Megan Thee Stallion experienced a lot of emotional distress after blogger Milagro Gramz allegedly helped spread a deepfake, AI-generated video of her online.

The Houston native's former manager, Travis Green, revealed the extent of what she went through at Meg's defamation trial against Gramz on Wednesday, November 19. According to TMZ, Green, also known as T-Farris, testified that Gramz's social media posts, including a fake, pornographic clip that fans believed to be real, caused so much mental anguish that Meg underwent a four-week therapy session worth $240,000. As if that wasn't enough, Meg also lost out on several business opportunities while she dealt with all the stress.

Daniel Kinney of Roc Nation, who manages Meg, testified that several brand deals fell through, including her deal with Activision's Call of Duty video game. Meg was set to become a character in the video game. However, amid the harassment she faced after she was shot by Tory Lanez in 2020, Meg decided to pull out of the game upon learning that she would be a shootable character.

“That triggered her and she full stop said ‘I’m not doing this,’” Kinney said, per Meghann Cuniff.

Nicki Minaj eventually got the opportunity to appear in the video game after Meg pulled out. The "Whenever" rapper also lost deals with Google Pixel, Just Eats Takeaway, and U.S. Women’s Soccer Federation amid all the trolling from Gramz and Tory Lanez's supporters. In addition, Meg's attorneys formally revealed that Meg was diagnosed with PTSD after the shooting. They invited esteemed psychologist Lenore Walker, who evaluated Meg, to testify about her diagnosis.

Megan Thee Stallion sued Milagro Gramz last October for spreading false information about her in an effort to support Tory Lanez during their trial in 2022. The Grammy Award-winning artist claimed Gramz received negative intel from Lanez's team to disparage Meg throughout the court proceedings, and was paid $3,000 by his father, Sonstar Peterson. Meg's legal team also provided text messages that appear to show an alleged romantic relationship between Gramz and Peterson. The messages show Peterson telling Gramz how to get through the security gate at his home. They also reveal that both individuals ended their text conversations with "love you."

Milagro Gramz has denied all the allegations against her.
