French Montana is officially engaged to his girlfriend, Princess Sheikha Mahra.
According to a report TMZ published on Wednesday, August 27, the "Unforgettable" rapper and the Princess of Dubai got engaged during Paris Fashion Week in June after he hit the runway. The couple was first spotted together in 2024 and has been inseparable ever since. French and Sheikha have attended mosques, explored the desert on camels, and dined at upscale restaurants in their home countries of Morocco and Dubai. In footage The Breakfast Club posted, French and Sheikha recently celebrated their engagement during a massive event at Chez Ali in Marrakech, Morocco.
The couple is currently planning the details of their big day, so there's no word on exactly when they're getting hitched. Either way, it looks like French and Sheikha are very happy together. Neither French nor Sheikha has publicly acknowledged their engagement on social media, but it's a new chapter in their lives so we get it. They'll formally announce their nuptials when they're ready.
French and Sheikha got together several months after the Princess of Dubai publicly divorced her former husband, Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum, last summer. Sheikha made headlines when she announced her split from her ex-husband in an Instagram post in July 2024. Meanwhile, French was previously married to Deen Kharbouch. Following their marriage in 2007, French and Deen had a child together in 2010. They eventually split and finalized their divorce in 2014. Since then, the Bronx rapper has been romantically linked to celebrities like Iggy Azalea and Khloe Kardashian.
