Spectacular Blue Smith Arrested For Allegedly Punching Disney World Worker

Spectacular Blue Smith was arrested on Monday (November 30) after allegedly assaulting an employee at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

According to People, the 35-year-old business owner, who is also a member of the group Pretty Ricky, was at Animal Kingdom theme park when he walked past a Disney World employee, pretended to sneeze, and said "coronavirus." The employee allegedly told Spectacular that his joke was not funny, which led him to respond, "I thought it was."

According to an arrest affidavit from the Orange County Sheriff's Office obtained by the outlet, the employee then told Spectacular, "Then you'll think it's hilarious, if I asked you to step out of the line." After Spectacular refused to leave the line, the two reportedly got into a verbal argument that turned physical once the Disney World "employee put his arm out in an attempt to stop [Spectacular] from continuing in the line," People reported.

The artist turned CEO then "turned and punched [the employee] on his right side jaw and right temple area," according to the affidavit. The employee reportedly told police that he stumbled and fell, and said he "was in shock and thought he might've lost consciousness."

While two witnesses said they saw Spectacular punch the employee, Spectacular's son reportedly told police that his dad "accidentally struck the employee as he lost his balance, People reported.

After the incident, the employee was taken to a local hospital where he was diagnosed with a concussion after undergoing a CT scan.

Spectacular was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor battery. His bond was set at $500.
